On Tuesday, July 24, the Block Island Gardeners hosted a “Create your own flower arrangement” event. A group of enthusiastic participants arranged their own tropical-themed arrangements to take home and enjoy. Instructions and materials were provided by Melissa Sitbon-Phillips, owner of Painted Rock Designs and My Oyster on Block Island.
