The Rebecca statue has new planters this year thanks to a generous donation from Sullivan Sotheby’s. The money was donated to the Block Island Gardeners, which maintain the plantings. It is hoped that other businesses will help support beautification efforts to make the town’s public areas look welcoming throughout the seasons.
