The Block Island Medical Center is hosting its Second Annual Virtual Fundraiser and Silent Auction from July 10 to July 17, 2021. Winners of the Silent Auction will be named on July 17 at 12:00 a.m.You may register on the website starting June 26 at BIMC2021.givesmart.com to preview auction items, make a donation, or directly fund much-needed medical services.The auction items range from scones to jewelry, kayaking lessons to yoga lessons, a stay at a Vermont inn or at our very own Spring House, a hosted private dinner party for eight, iconic Block Island photos, paintings, and much, much more.The BIMC Fundraising Committee, chaired by Laura Parsons, invites everyone to participate to make this year’s fundraiser another record-breaking success in support of our Medical Center. Those of us who live, work, or visit Block Island know how much we rely on the Medical Center for our medical needs and emergency medical attention.By getting involved as a community, we can show the Medical Center how much it also can rely on us!
