Block Island Medical Center Nurse Practitioner Liz Dyer was “terminated without cause” this morning, Tuesday, May 28, according to Block Island Health Services Board of Directors President Cindy Baute.
According to Baute, Dyer was fired by Dr. Mark Clark, who has himself submitted a letter of resignation effective Nov. 1, 2019.
Dr. Clark told The Block Island Times he will have a statement later today.
