The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) received notification from an arriving airline on Tuesday morning regarding a passenger exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
RIAC spokesperson John Goodman told The Block Island Times that the passenger was taken off Southwest flight 153 arriving at T.F. Green Airport from Orlando, Florida. He said traffic at the regional airports, which includes the Block Island Airport, is being monitored.
