The possibility of building a municipal pool for year-round use made a reappearance at the Recreation Board meeting this past week.
Board member Colleen Ernst brought the topic up at the tail end of the group’s monthly meeting, and while Recreation Department Director Dave Sniffen said the challenges of a pool are many, the subject would be put on next month’s agenda.
Sniffen said the main issue with a municipal pool is not so much raising the money to get it built, but its ongoing maintenance.
