During the Town Council’s discussion on the provisions of its new Emergency Ordinance, Councilor Sven Risom asked if the cancelling of building permits would halt two large-scale projects — the new sidewalk on West Side Road and the Cherry Hill Lane subdivision — and First Warden Ken Lacoste replied that those projects were impacted by the ordinance. They will not be continuing until the ordinance is revisited on April 15, 2020.
