This year’s edition of the high school boys winning basketball team featured many undergraduate players who earned valuable playing time against more experienced players and teams.
Two of the Hurricanes recently garnered placement on the first and second team All Stars. Sophomore Justin Cullen was selected for the first team and junior Carter Brown for the second team.Only five players were chosen for each team by league coaches and officials. Coaches could not vote for any of their own players making the young men’s recognition all that more of a reflection of their growing talent.
