Water Supt. John Breunig was feeling some sense of relief when he was able to tell the members of the Water Commission that federal grant and loan opportunities may fund up to 45 percent of an upcoming $2.2 million water main project.
Breunig’s continued concern is how such a large project will impact the Water Company’s debt service, which he said would be doubled.
