Don’t forget to make the Winter Market a part of your stroll. On Saturday, Nov. 30, the Island Free Library will be hosting this annual market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Many of the vendors signed up for this event are familiar faces from the Block Island Farmers Market and Block Island Arts and Crafts Guild. Others are new. Please note, the list was not yet complete when The Block Island Times picked it up – so be ready for a few extra surprises.
Photographers Lisa Sprague, Tracy Finn, and Ross Draper, each with their own unique style will be selling their works.
We fully expect Sprague will be unveiling her new calendar for 2020, featuring some of her best pictures.
Clair Marschak will be there with her original art, prints, and cards depicting iconic Block Island architecture. Marschak also has created a special Block Island coloring book for the kiddies.
Fresh off her first year participating in the Farmers Market, Rosemary Connelli will be selling prints, illustrations, and mobiles featuring her wildlife art, especially whales.
In the jewelry department, we hear Felicia
