The Zoning Board of Review convened Jan. 30 for a brief, purely procedural meeting, but the members did re-elect a slate of officers. The current chair and vice-chair were re-elected.
All the substantive agenda items — one application and four public hearings — were continued to the board’s next meeting on March 27.
Chris Warfel’s application for a variance to allow construction of a solar electric system at the Kurt and Mary Cerulli house on Dickens Road (Plat 14, Lot 10) was set for a public hearing.
