At 7 p.m. on August 4th, BIMI’s exciting Tuesday Talks come to life again with 2019 ‘s most popular guest presenter: Carl Safina, talking about his newest book “Becoming Wild; How Animal Cultures Raise Families, Create Beauty and Achieve Peace.” Dr. Safina’s writing explores how humans and animals are changing the living world and what the changes mean for us all.
In order to connect to this live virtual event with computer, tablet or smartphone, you must register at BIMI’s website www. blockislandmaritime.org. Scroll down and click on “Sign Up for the Tuesday Talk Event.” You’ll receive instructions and a unique code that allows you to connect. There will also be a link for questions that can be submitted prior to the event.
