Island resident and musician Kelly Walsh’s ambition of operating a food truck is coming to life. “We spent the last six months working to bring our food business idea to one of the island’s main visitors attractions, the 1661 Farm and Garden,” said Walsh in a post on her Farmstead Refreshments blog in early spring.
