Langevin hosting telephone town hall on coronavirus

The Office of Congressman Jim Langevin submitted the following announcement to The Block Island Times:
Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI) will host a live telephone town hall focused on the coronavirus on Monday, April 6, at 7:00pm. The Congressman will be joined by Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training Director Scott Jensen, Small Business Administration Rhode Island District Director Mark Hayward, and Rhode Island Department of Health Medical Director Dr. James McDonald to provide updates and help answer questions on the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), ways to protect Rhode Island families, and action that federal, state, and local officials are taking to keep communities safe.
The telephone town hall is free and open to the public. Those interested may call 855-962-1080 Monday at 7:00pm. Live audio of the event will be streamed online. 
The safety of Rhode Islanders is the top priority for Congressman Langevin. He has remained in contact with health officials at the state and federal levels and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Recently, he voted for the CARES Act, a bipartisan $2 trillion relief package to support
