There are three weekly Covid vaccine clinics scheduled for Block Island starting on Thursday, Jan. 20. Subsequent clinics will be on January 27, and February 3. Clinics will be held at the Rescue Barn on Beach Avenue from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.Participants must sign up on the vaccinateRI.org website. If using the search option on the site, enter New Shoreham, not Block Island. Thereyou may choose which of the vaccines you wish to receive, including the Janssen (Johnson and Johnson), Moderna, Pfizer, or Pfizer Pediatric (ages five to 11).Bring your vaccination card if you are getting a second or third shot.
