UPDATE: Just a few days after closing and working with the Medical Center, the Old Post Office Bagel Shop in Bridge Gate Square has re-opened today, Friday, July 24.
Also, Finn’s Restaurant and Seafood store in Old Harbor is fully re-opened after closing on July 7 due to a Covid-19 positive worker.

Working in close conjunction with the Block Island Medical Center and guidance from the Rhode Island Department of Health, my staff and I completed testing for COVID-19 on Tuesday [July 21] morning and are now patiently awaiting our results.I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the many members of the community and fellow business owners for their outreach and support.I understand that breaking the news of a possible outbreak is unsettling and difficult to digest, especially for a closely knit community such as ours.
