Pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 39-2-1.2(b) and 39-3-11, as amended and the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) hereby gives notice that it will conduct a hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 @ 9:30 a.m. to examine the propriety of proposals submitted by the Block Island Utility District (BIUD) to implement rate changes in Docket Nos. 5245 and 5244.
