The public dinghy dock is open in New Harbor

The Town of New Shoreham’s public dinghy dock in New Harbor has been installed and is open for the 2019 summer season.
The dock accommodates about 100 dinghies that are 12 feet and under in length.
The dock, which was donated last year by the Wronowski family, who own Cross Sound Ferry and Dead Eye Dick’s restaurant, is located between Payne’s Dock and the restaurant.
The town is leasing riparian water rights from the Wronowski family for a dollar per year for a 20-year term.
